Sprinkle lemon juice on shrimp. Chop onion and press garlic cloves.
Melt butter in large pan. Add shrimp and fry for a moment. Add cream & sour cream. Bring to boil. Add shredded Parmesan. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Boil the pasta. Add salt, pepper and tarragon to the sauce to taste. Mix pasta and sauce and serve with shredded Parmesan.
