Tasty with a baguette
Heat oil over med heat. Add garlic, saute 1 min. Add tomatoes, cream, peppers and crushed red pepper, simmer over med heat 2 min. Stir in 1/2 c. basil and simmer 1 min longer. Cook pasta al dente. Drain, reserving 3/4 c. liquid. Return pasta to pot. Add sauce, cheese and 1/2 c. basil and toss to coat. Add enough reserved liquid to pasta to moisten if dry. Season s/salt and pepper.
