PREPARE CHOPPED MEAT
Sautee onion, add ground turkey 2 minutes later till done. add 1/3 cup water when you add the ground turkey to keep it from crumbling
Add 12oz crushed tomatoes, simmer for about 10-12 minutes. not too dry, not too watery
1 stick butter in casserole, start adding flour little at a time while whisking. it should get to the consistency of a paste.
On the side warm up 5 cups milk...just warm
Add milk and whisk with the RUE you have created. If not thick add from the stuff you removed till it gets thick enough so it stays on the whisk.
Add 2 egg yolks and whisk
1 tbsp cornstarch and whisk
Remove, place to side
Place macaronis into a pan, add 3/4 creme into them, grated cheese, and egg whites and mix.
Add chopped meat and mix all together again.
Add remaining creme on top, some grated cheese and bread crumbs
400 degrees, about an hour. till nice brown on top.
