Suggest a better description-Reserve 2c Milk. Put rest of milk, butter, sugar, and vanilla in a pot.
-Bring just to boil.
-Mix fridgex with 2c milk that you reserved.
- Add egg products to fridgex and whisk to combine.
-Temper egg mixture and put back into pot and stir continuously and bring back to a boil
-Put in container, cover with plastic wrap and have the plastic wrap touch the to so it does not form a crust- cool
-If making chocolate pastry cream, use chocolate milk and add bitter chocolate after you bring it to a boil the second time
