1) Saute the first 6 ingredients on the list in 2 tbsp. oil. Add pata and saute until lightly browned.
2) Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, rice wine, sugar and 3 cups of water. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until pork pata is tender.
3) Add del monte pineApple tidbits with syrup. Simmer for 8 more minutes.
4) Ready for serving.
