Cut potatoes into big bite sized cubes Mix salt and garlic on top Bake in 400 degree oven for 20-25 min until soft in lightly oiled pan
For sauce, Heat oil in frying pan Add onion and cook until soft Add spices and stir Add flour stirring constantly
Add small amounts of water until sauce is smooth and thick
Serve sauce over potatoes and reserve some for dipping
