1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2.) Mix together cottage cheese, sour cream, grated onion, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic salt.
3.) Add noodles and place in greased casserole dish.
4.) Sprinkle top with grated Parmesan cheese.
5.) Bake for 45 minutes.
You could bake it for a shorter time, if you are in a hurry. But the 45 minutes gives it a nice crust on top.
