Put the water on for the Reams noodles following the instructions on the package.
Put hamburger, mushrooms, onions, and garlic in skillet and cook until the meat is browned well, Sprinkle flour over the top and stir. Keep adding flour until the mixture is sticking together.
Gradually add the consume until the whole can is in the mixture. Let simmer for a few minutes and the mixture is thicker.
Gradually add Sour cream until the mixture is the consistency of gravy. Add about a teaspoon of salt, or leave out and it can be added by diners, but it DOES need salt.
I usually mix the noodles and the mixture together, but they can be served separately as well.
