This is a yummy salad Mrs. Boyce always made for the Kindergarten Mother's Day Luncheon
Cook the noodles or linguine in a large pot of boiling salted water, according to package instructions, until al dente. Drain and rinse in cold water to cool. Toss with 1 T sesame oil just to coat.
Whisk together dressing ingredients. Dress noodles and add veggies 15 minutes before serving.
