Suggest a better descriptionturn oven on and start boiling water. Beat egg whites, add sugar, vanilla, vinegar, and boiling water. Keep beating mixture Grease and wet, greeseproof paper, (like grocery bag) Keep beating mixture When oven is hot, tip mixture onto greased, wet paper sack on lowest rack of oven. Keep the shape round, high, and level. Do not flatten. Shut door and turn off oven. Leave until morning or 1 hour. This freezes well. Before eating, top with kiwi fruit and whipped cream. May use any fruit of choice. This was supposedly a favorite of the royals when they visited Australia.
