Beat egg whites until stiff and gradually add the sugar, beating all the time.
Add the vinegar, cornstarch and the vanilla and continue beating until the
mixture is stiff enough to stand in peaks.
Put a piece of buttered paper (I use Parchment paper its non stick) on a
flat baking tray or pizza pan, spoon on the mixture in a round about 8ins
Bake at 250 F for 11/4hrs.
Serve covered with whipped cream and fruit.
