Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Beat egg whites until they start to form soft peaks. Gradually add sugar beating constantly. Continue beating until mixture form stiff peaks. Fold in vinegar, vanilla and cornstarch. Get 2 cookie sheets and cover with parchment paper. Spread 1/2 of the meringue on each cookie sheet and spread into rectangular shape. Bake for 1 - 1 1/2 hours.
Whip 2 pints of whipping cream.
Turn off oven and let meringue dry in cooling oven. Place meringue on platter. Spread whipping cream over one layer and then place second layer and finish spreading whipping cream. Cut strawberries in 1/2 and peel and slice kiwi. Garnish the top of the cake with the fruit.
