Delicious sweet, but light, dessert!
Beat whites until stiff. Add sugar and beat 5 minutes. Add vanilla and vinegar. Cover round pizza pan with parchment paper and spread mixture on pan. Bake at 275F for 1 hour. Turn oven off and leave in oven until cold. Turn upside down, peel off parchment paper and fill with whipped cream and top with fruit of choice.
