Mix the wet ingredients with the sugar. Then add the flour, soda, and salt. Fold the chocolate chips into the batter. Grease your dishes and then press dough into the bottom of the dish about 1/2 to 2/3rds full with a sealed chocolate in the middle. Bake at 375 till desired doneness. Normal cookies makes 7 dozen and bake for 8 mins.
