Suggest a better descriptionBlend the coconut water, spinach, strawberries, hemp seeds, peanut butter, banana and 3 ice cubes in a blender on low speed until everything begins to combine. Raise the setting to high and blend until everything is well combined and the smoothie begins to have a creamy consistency. Taste; if you like it colder, add more ice cubes and continue blending until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into two glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of hemp seeds if using.
