Dice bread, put in shallow tray whith 1/2 of mint, drizzle with olive oil. Dape bacon in bite-size pieces.
Bake 15-20 minutes at 180°
Saute onions and mint in butter until soft (3 min)
Add peas & broth, bring to boil
Add cream, simmer 15 minutes
Serve with sour cream
