Suggest a better descriptionIn a medium saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add onion and lemon zest; cook, stirring occasionally, until onion is soft but not browned, about 4 minutes. Add the thawed petite peas, stir to combine thoroughly, season and cook, stirring for about 5 minutes, or until the peas are hot through. Add the mint and serve immediately.
