Sweet.Makes 1 1/5 cups Blanch peaches for 30 seconds in boiling water, remove skins and pits and cut into slices. Combine with all other ingredients in a microwaveable jar, leaving at least 1.5 inches free above the peaches (otherwise it will boil over). Microwave on high for 7 minutes, stirring once.
