In large bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, water, pudding mix and cooking oil, beating time recommended on cake mix box.
Pour mixture into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Spread peach slices evenly over surface of mixture.
Soften cream cheese and mix with sugar and 3 tablespoons peach juice until smooth.
Spoon over top of peaches. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
