Suggest a better descriptionHere is one from a Bisquick recipe booklet that I sent off for a long time ago. It came out quite well when I made it and would probably be good made with homemade baking mix, too. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix baking mix, milk, 3 tablespoons sugar and the margarine. Spread in ungreased square pan, 9x9x2 inches;arrange peach slices on top. Mix 1/4 cup sugar and the cinnamon; sprinkle over peach slices. Mix sour cream and egg; drizzle over top. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean. Serve warm and, if desired, with sweetened whipped cream. (We used Cool Whip.) Posted to EAT-L Digest 20 Feb 97 by J Wendel
