Suggest a better descriptionMakes 1 quart. In a bowl, use a potato masher or forkk to finely crush peaches with sugar. Add yogurt, lemon juice, and vanilla, and mix well. Nest bowl in ice water and stir often until mixture is cold, about 5 minutes. Pour yogurt mixture into an ice cream maker. Freeze as directed by your ice cream maker until the mixture is firm enough to scoop. Serve softly frozen, or place in freezer until hard.
