Suggest a better description1. In large pot, bring juice, nectar, peaches with syrup, sugar and cinnamon sticks to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 to 60 mins. Remove cinnamon sticks and let cool to room and Peach Schnapps. Stir well then pour through a strainer layered with a cheese cloth to strain peaches and bits of cinnamon sticks. Reserve peaches for when mixture is bottled.
2. Ladle into pt or qt sized jars, dividing up peaches between the jars.
3. Keep in refrigerator. Even though it can be enjoyed immediately the flavor will improve letting it sit for 2 to 6 weeks. Freeze for a slushy drink.
Note: Another bottle of Everclear can be added if desired to make it stronger.
