Peal and chop peaches. Combine with sugar and lemon juice. Bring to boil, mash peaches, reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. Meanwhile sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let stand for 2 minutes. Remove mixture from heat. Stir in gelatin mixture. Cool 10 minutes and freeze.
