An easy fun desert good for kids to help with or just have it all to yourself.
Preheat deep fry or skillet with oil to 400 degrees F.
Empty Peaches and 1\2 the juice into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat peaches for 2:00min. when the fryer\pan is ready put the tortilla and flip after 30sec and let cook 30 more seconds. Do that for all 8. When one is done let the grease drain on a paper towel. Then coat in Cinnamon and sugar mixture. Put the peaches in 4 separate bowls add the scoop of ice-cream on top and break the tortilla pieces on top.
Substitutes: apples, cherries.
