Suggest a better descriptionIn saucepan, combine sugar, flour, salt, butter, lemon juice and extract; mix well. Bring to rolling boil, over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute, stir in peach slices. Pour into 9 inch pie shell. Top with lattice crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
