A wonderful side dish for Thanksgiving or Xmas when someone in the family doesn't like yams they can eat the peaches! :) And everyone else enjoys a very yummy special tradition of peached yams!
350 for 40 minutes or until bubbling.
in an 8"x11" or 2 qt dish place yams peaches and orange juice. sprinkle with nutmeg and place brown sugar all across the top of it along with pats of the butter here and there, don't mix it in. place marshmallows on top cover with a tented foil not to squish the marshmallows and cook until last 5 minutes and uncover and let the marshmallows brown.
Put foil on bottom of oven in case it drips over, you can place it on a cookie sheet but it will increase cook time.
