Wonderful peanute butter sauce!
- Saute onion in oil until tender
- Add Garlic for 1 min
- Add water, peanut butter, sugar, and chili powder.
- Bring to boil.
- Cook and stir for 2-3 min or till thickened
- Remove from heat stir in lemon juice, soy sauce and salt.
