Melt in the mouth cookies, full of flavour.
1. Combine all the dry ingredients.
2. Combine sugar and butter (In a food processor if you can!).
3. Add eggs and vanilla to sugar/butter mix.
4. Mix in dry ingredients (combined in first step).
5. Chop up 1/3 of choc-chips and add to mixture (or use grated chocolate).
6. Add peanut butter.
7. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
8. Roll mixture out, cut cookie sized circles and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden at 180 Celsius (350 f / gas mark 4).
9. Enjoy.
This is my wifes recipe that she has been perfecting for the last few years.
For double choc cookies swap 50grams of flour for cocoa powder.
