Blend well with mixer
Shape into balls using a rounded teaspoon full
Roll balls in additional sugar
Place on ungreased cookie sheet
Bake 10 - 12 minutes until lightly brown
Remove from oven
Top with kisses, pressing so cookie cracks
Cool throughly before storing
