1. Preheat oven to 180deg
2. Lightly grease 2 baking trays with butter
3. Beat butter and sugar well. Add egg, mix, then fold in dry ingredients.
4. Stir in peanuts and choc chips.
5. Add spoonfuls onto trays.
6. Bake 15mins. Cool on rack.
If it's a warm day you may need to chill the dough on the tray in the fridge for 30mins prior to baking.
