Spread 2 (1/4 thick slices) of apple with 4 tsp peanut butter. Top one with 1 sliced strawberry and 1 tsp mini chocolate chips and another apple slice. The the second set of apple slices with 2 tsp shredded coconut and raisins top with an apple slice. Serve with cheddar cheese, and cut up veggies.
