Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 350 degrees. Combine oats, flour and sugar; mix well. Add margarine and mix well. Lightly press crust mixture onto bottom of 13x9 inch baking pan. For filling, in medium mixing bowl, beat milk and 1/2 cup peanut butter until well blended. Spread evenly over crust. Bake 25-30 minutes or until edges are set. In small saucepan over low heat, melt remaining 1/4 cup peanut butter and chocolate pieces, stirring until smooth. Spread evenly over filling. Cool 30 minutes at room temperature. Chill one hour or until set. Cut into bars. Store loosely covered at room temperature. Makes 32 bars.
