Add all ingredients and roll into balls and freeze. Add oat bran milk to get desiced consistency.
Freeze and eat right out of the freezer.
You can also use apple juice instead of milk and granola instead of oat bran.
Roll in coconut if wanted and use dates and raisins or crasins nuts.
You can also add 1/4 cup of honey if you like it sweeter.
