Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 350*F. Spray muffin tin with nonstick spray or line with paper liners.
2. In a medium bowl mash bananas (4) until they are mostly smooth. Beat in brown sugar (54 g), egg (1), vanilla extract (1 tsp), and peanut butter (135 g). Mix in milk (1/2 cup).
3. Add flour (240 g), baking powder (5 g), baking soda (5 g), salt (3 g), and cinnamon (2 g) and mix until combined.
4. Fill each muffin tin 2/3 full. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
