Eating healthy doesn't have to be a challenge, and these light, fluffy muffins have extra protein to help keep you full, and all the peanut buttery banana flavor you can handle.
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and grease or line a muffin tray.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the milk, butter, cottage cheese, egg, banana, and peanut butter. Add in the sugar, Bisquick and vanilla and mix until smooth.
3. Pour the batter into the muffin tray. Top each muffin with a dollop of peanut butter and a squeeze of honey. Gently swirl with a toothpick and sprinkle with the crushed peanuts.
4. Bake for 20 to 23 minutes, or until done.
5. Sprinkle lightly with flaky sea salt. Serve and enjoy!
