Combine dry ingredients. Mix butter, sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, egg, and vanilla. Add to flour mixture. Spray a sheet pan and spread into pan. Sprinkle with butterscotch chips, craisins, almond slices, or chips of your choice.
Bake 20 minutes at 350°
Glaze:
1 scoop peanut butter
Pinch of salt
1 Tablespoon butter
1 Tablespoon cream
Confectionary sugar
