Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 400. Grease or spray muffin tins, or line with paper muffin cups, or use silicone muffin cups.
Mix together dry ingredients; set aside. In a separate bowl, mix together egg, milk, oil and bran cereal. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes. Add peanut butter and honey. Mix until well combined. Add dry ingredients and stir until just moistened. Fill prepared muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Variation:
Stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips into the batter before filling tin. Bake as directed.
