Prepare and bake brownies according to package directions. Cool 10 minutes.
Combine all frosting ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat at medium speed until blended. Spread over warm brownie.
Place chocolate chips and Criso in a mixing bowl. Microwave on HIGH power for 1 minute or until melted. Drizzle over frosting.
Allow chocolate to set before cutting brownies into diamond-shaped bars.
