Beat together butter and peanut butter with mixer 30 sec. Add sugar and brown sugar to butter mixture and beat until fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Sit together the flour, baking soda and salt, then add to beaten mixture and stir until blended. Stir in the oats. Spread into 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 for 20 min. Sprinkle the chocolate pieces on top of hot baked cookies. Let stand 5 min. then spread it. Cool. Drizzle Peanut Butter Icing over cooled chocolate.
