Suggest a better descriptionCream peanut butter and shortening; gradually add sugar, mix well. Beat in egg and milk. Sift flour, soda and salt together; add to creamed mixture. Shape into balls. Flatten on ungresed cookie sheet. Bake at 370 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cool. To frost cookies, add enough milk to 1 cup sifted confectioners sugar to make of spreading consistency and frost cookies, if desired.
