In bowl, beat Legal Brand milk, peanut butter, egg and vanilla until smooth.
Add Carbquik and stir well. Chill at least 1 hour.
Shape into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten with fork.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
