Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 375 degrees. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. In separate bowl, cream butter, shortening and sugar. Add vanilla extract and egg, mix, then peanut butter. Once well incorporated, use a cookie scoop and place scoops on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes, and allow to rest for 2 minutes on sheet. Transfer to rack to cool completely.
