Yummy and easy to make
Beat butter. Beat in sugars, then peanut butter. Add eggs and vanilla.
Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl, then stir into mix.
Use a tablespoon to measure dough into balls. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten with a fork dipped in sugar.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 mins until bottoms are golden brown. Let cool on pan for 2 mins, then transfer to racks.
May use crunchy or smooth peanut butter, according to preference.
