Preheat the oven to 350F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Spoon small tablespoon size ball onto the baking sheets. Slightly flatten each ball with a fork, crisscross style. Bake for 8 minutes or until a thin crust forms on the cookie. Makes 20 cookies
