½ Cup Margarine
½ Cup Powdered Sugar
Add and beat for 3 minutes:
1 Egg
Blend in:
¾ Cup Chocolate Chips (melted)
¾ tsp. Vanilla
Pour ½ of the mixture over a baked and cooled crumb crust (could use graham cracker crust). Make in a pie pan or 9” square pan. Double recipe for a 9”x13” pan.
Blend well:
8 Oz. Cream Cheese
½ Cup Peanut Butter
Add:
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Egg
Fold in:
1 ½ Cup Cool Whip
Spoon peanut butter mixture over chocolate layer. Spread on remainder of chocolate filling. May garnish with chocolate curls.
