Boil 2 sticks of butter, 1 cup water, and 6T cocoa.
In bowl, combine 2 cups flour, 2 cups sugar, 1.5 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp salt.
Add the melted butter mixture to the flour mixture. Mix in 1/2 cup sour cream and 2 eggs.
Put in a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350° until done (usually 35-40 min).
For the icing: While the cake is baking, boil 1 stick butter, 1/4 cup milk, and 4T cocoa. Remove from heat and add 1lb. powdered sugar.
Chop up the PB cups.
Let cake cool in pan for 10 minutes. Pour the icing on the cake while the cake is still very warm. Sprinkle PB cups over the top. Enjoy!
