Chocolate peanut butter bars

Cream margarine, sugar, and brown sugar well. Add egg, peanut butter and vanilla; mix well. Stir in flour, oats, soda and salt. Pat into 9x13" pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350*.
Remove from oven. Cover with chocolate chips. Let stand 5 minutes to melt chips, spread.
Mix confectioner's sugar, peanut butter and milk; frost baked mix. Cut into bars.
