Beat peanut butter, honey, egg, oil and vanilla until blended
Combine oats, flax meal, brown sugar and salt.
Add oat mixture to peanut butter mixture and mix well.
Stir in the chips.
Spread in 13 inch X 9 inch baking dish that has been coated with cooking spray
Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until set and edges are lightly brown.
Cool on wire rack in pan.
Cut into bars.
