Mix cream cheese and confection sugar and beat well. Add peanut butter and beat well. Add cold milk and beat well. Add cool whip and beat well.
Spread onto graham cracker crust. Sprinkle 1/2 cup chopped peanuts on top. Put into freezer 15 minutes before serving.
