Suggest a better description1. Melt sugar and corn syrup in saucepan over medium-high heat. Let bubble for about 1 1/2 minutes. Pour over rice crispies. Press into 9x13 pan.
2. Melt both chips together and pour over the top.
3. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper.
